About the Role:

As a Product Designer at ValueCore,  you’ll be at the forefront of driving our mission forward. Playing a key role on a cross-functional team, you’ll craft workflows spanning traditional SaaS apps to new AI/ prompt-driven interfaces that empower users to discover and present ROI and value estimates.  This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable, “diamond in the rough” established but growing small company and make a significant impact on its next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Design B2B SaaS products and experiences from conception to implementation and optimization.
• Create deliverables for all phases of the design process, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc.
• Collaborate with Product team members to define experiences compared to their desktop counterparts.
• Work closely with executive leadership, key customers, and engineers to ensure high-quality experiences are shipped and quality standards are achieved
• Iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, aiming for best-in-class adoption.
• Translate insights and research into feasible design iterations to satisfy customer needs.
• Present and defend design decisions during design reviews with stakeholders, utilizing customer data.
• Lead or participate in user testing sessions with internal team members and users.
• Create development-ready design specs and collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.

Who You Are:

• You have 4+ years of relevant design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your B2B app design skills.
• Fluent in Figma with proficiency in utilizing its features for seamless design collaboration.
• Proven expertise in UI/UX design, particularly for SaaS business applications, with an emphasis on responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing across various devices and screen sizes
• Experienced in shipping MVPs and comfortable with iterative design processes.
• Knowledgeable about design systems and best practices.
• Nimble and agile, thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Have B2B SaaS and startup experience.
• Are familiar with remote work dynamics.
• Are comfortable with UX copywriting.
