What We Are Looking for?:

ValueCore seeks a dynamic Vice President of Sales who loves sales technology to join our leadership team. As the VP of Sales, you will be a key part of the executive team, leading all sales functions.  You will guide our BDRs to research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities.  You will lead prospect sales cycles, and when justified by sales results, hire account executives to continue growth.

What You Will Do?:

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead all sales activities, partner with marketing and customer success and outsourced BDRs.
  • As sales grow, you will recruit, hire and train Field Account Executives to scale with demand.
  • Build a team of top talent and deliver productivity that consistently exceeds standards and objectives
  • Build consistent Go-to-Market Sales strategies that align to global direction but are localized for different market segments to build pipeline and ultimately exceed revenue growth targets
  • Execute value-based solution selling techniques and further develop a culture of consultative sales
  • Drive Corporate revenue growth through a combination of outbound prospecting and AE sourced pipeline, extreme focus on new logo acquisition, skilled at both velocity based and strategic sales cycles, strategic account planning, cross selling new products/use cases to existing customers
  • Build a strong cross-functional operating cadence with teams around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, deployment and revenue realization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Renewals, Customer Success, BD, and Marketing) on strategy and execution to drive adoption, increase productivity, and reduce/eliminate customer churn

What Skills and Knowledge You Should Bring?

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, with a track record of over attainment
  • 5+ years of building and leading high-performance SaaS B2B sales teams
  • 2nd line leadership experience a must,
  • Experience in the security/SaaS industries
  • Solid technical and commercial skills with an ability to operate independently
  • Superb communication and presentation skills; able to communicate at the C-level and build a communication cadence for the Americas organization
  • Willing to travel ~40%
  • BS/BA degree strongly preferred
